Platinum status is reviewed on an ongoing basis. Partners who do not meet the required standards may have their Platinum status removed, at which point lead allocation ceases and standard wholesale terms apply.

Flo Glass generates leads through centralised marketing and allocates them to the designated Platinum Reseller for that area. Leads are passed through the Flo Glass partner portal, and Platinum Resellers are expected to follow up within 24 hours.
If a Platinum Reseller consistently fails to meet the required performance benchmarks, Flo Glass reserves the right to remove Platinum status. Lead allocation would cease, and the partner would revert to standard wholesale terms. Flo Glass will work with partners to address performance issues before taking this step.
