What Platinum Status Requires

Platinum status is performance-based. These standards exist to protect the brand, ensure customers receive a consistent experience, and maintain the integrity of the partner network.

  • Follow up all enquiries within 24 hours
  • Quote at least 80% of leads received
  • Win at least 30% of quoted jobs
  • Submit all quotes through the Flo Glass portal
  • Represent the Flo Glass brand professionally in all customer interactions
  • Maintain service levels and customer experience standards
Platinum status is reviewed on an ongoing basis. Partners who do not meet the required standards may have their Platinum status removed, at which point lead allocation ceases and standard wholesale terms apply.

A Platinum Reseller is a designated installation and reseller partner who receives Flo Glass leads in their region. A maximum of two Platinum Resellers are approved per region. Platinum Resellers access 20% off RRP, hold local stock, and are expected to operate to Flo Glass performance and brand standards.
Standard trade and wholesale partners receive 10% off RRP with no lead allocation and no area protection. Platinum Resellers receive 20% off RRP, qualified leads in their designated region, and Platinum status — in exchange for committing to bulk stock and meeting performance standards. A maximum of two Platinum Resellers are approved per region.
Flo Glass approves a maximum of two Platinum Resellers per defined region. This ensures adequate coverage while keeping the number of partners low enough that each receives a meaningful volume of leads. Having a second Platinum partner in the region also provides a fallback for customers when one partner is at capacity.
Platinum Resellers can sell supply-only, installed, or both. The model is flexible to suit your business. However, you must be able to service the leads you receive — whether directly or through a reliable installation network.
Flo Glass generates leads through centralised marketing and allocates them to the designated Platinum Reseller for that area. Leads are passed through the Flo Glass partner portal, and Platinum Resellers are expected to follow up within 24 hours.
If a Platinum Reseller consistently fails to meet the required performance benchmarks, Flo Glass reserves the right to remove Platinum status. Lead allocation would cease, and the partner would revert to standard wholesale terms. Flo Glass will work with partners to address performance issues before taking this step.
Yes. Holding local stock is a core part of the Platinum model. It is what enables bulk freight savings, faster job turnaround, and the ability to service leads promptly. The initial stock commitment is discussed and agreed during onboarding.
By committing to an initial bulk stock order, Platinum Resellers consolidate their freight into a single large delivery rather than multiple smaller job-by-job orders. This significantly reduces per-unit freight costs and improves overall margin on each job.
No. This is a premium reseller and installer partnership model, not a franchise. There are no franchise fees, no territory purchase costs, and no ongoing royalties. You are an independent business that chooses to partner with Flo Glass under a structured commercial arrangement.
